Contacting the JKFiles Staff


Have a question, suggestion, complaint or anything in between? Feel free to contact JKFiles using one of the following methods!

Our main Email address is: team@jk2files.com

This is the preferred method of contact since we can keep up to date much easier when everything is in one inbox. However, if you need to contact a specific member of the Staff, or the Manager personally then you can do so by clicking on their name on the main Staff Page or by using any contact details they have supplied in their Staff Profile page.

We will reply as quickly as possible, but please be aware that we quite busy and occasionally miss emails. If we haven't replied to you within a week please resend your email or send one to the Manager personally and we will get to you as soon as possible!

Contacting the Network Administrators


If you have an issue that the Site Manager is unable to fix, then you can contact the Network Admins and the Network managers via this email: network@filefront.com

They will have the ability to fix any issues that the Site Staff or Site Manager are unable to to.
