Description:

NOTE: This map cannot be loaded through the standard map lists. I know. I tried. To load the map, bring down the console using this combination, ¬ and Right Shift. Type in "map jumpxtreme2" without the quotations, and press Enter.

I'm not sure of how many trick jumpers still exist within this community, or if any exist at all.
If some do however, then here is a map to test your skills on, or drive you nuts because of the jumps required. wink

What this is, is basically a trick jumper's dream, or nightmare, depending on how much trick jumping you actually did within Jedi Outcast.

A few different courses, all with varying difficulty levels, lasting 5 minutes for a pro, or an hour for a noob (I don't "do" trick jumping. stick out tongue

), and all with Joe Esposito's "You're The Best" playing in slighter higher speed on an endless loop. Fans of the original Karate Kid may get a kick out of this map. stick out tongue

Moving on, the user claims to have new textures, but they all look familiar to me. They look like stock textures, but without going through the whole game, I can't be certain. If they are new, the credits in the readme file are justified.

Previously the version one of the map only had easy and hard. Xtreme course was added in this second version of the map along with a control room and a council room. You may also want to play the map by entering /com_maxfps 125 which makes jumping slightly easier. Here is a list of what the letters in the map mean: E=Easy H=Hard A=Arc jump room X=Xtreme D=Duelroom Note also that some of the map's rooms are so called ''trick rooms'' in which the goal isn't only about jumping across. The very first jump room in jumpxtreme2 with the green dirty water is an example of a trick room. Beta testing has been done by Acrobat and Vrael. In conclusion, every jump is possible.
