The author has done a very nice job with this map. The architecture, the textures ect...

You start off in one corner of the map and if you walk down a bit you can see house things with health and weapons in them. If you go on a bit you come a beautiful gate thing with with a valley and pyrimids beyond that. The landscape in this map truly is remarkable. It looks really real and gives you the feeling you are in egypt! I really do like this map. The music in this map is really good too. It suits the feel of the map and makes the playing experience that much better. Lighting is done well and I didn't see any Z-fighting. There are however some things I did not like about this map.

One thing I found to be rather distracting was the sky. It's to flashy for my liking and distracts you from the game and the map itself. I suggest a more subtle sky to make it all the better. Another thing that I think should be improved is the fps. The high number of brushes and the detail of this map obviously take down the fps, I suggest trying to rectify this. All in all this map is beautiful with some very small things that should be fixed. I wouldn't add this to my server, but only because of the low fps. Keep it up and I can't wait to see what else you come out with!

Man people i cant believe i have such a low score on this one.There was alot work put into this map to make it look old and broken up.Dont what to say about the sky just thought i try something different.And i wish the reviewer would have put the screenshots that i sent in.Because they werent so dark like these are.By defualt it takes horrible screenshots they come out so dark for some reason.Ive noticed a few other games taking dark screenshots.Weird anyways I dont understand why the reviewer said the frames were low in everyone of those screenshots they didnt go lower then 30 and up to 70.I think thats pretty much ok for me.Its defintly playable.But i always like comments it helps to improve my mapping for your liking.So dont think im all pist off becuase know one likes it.Thats no the case.Well enjoy it if you can.Lol

on the other people. 1)Sky looks really good eek!

2)It looks alot like Acient Egypt and 3)If u like history i.e. egypt this would be a gud map for them 2. Have a Beer! Beer!

. Im very picky what maps are for me are good and what are bad, the music is prefect, the map....wow. You did a great job OnobiFoondu. Egypt is asome, and this map is even better, Im adding this to my all time favs, thanks for making it.

The only thing I didnt like about this map is that you cant really get on the roofs, to get an over site at the wonderful place. And I think it would of been cool to have the ends not go up, but keep going with a walll so you could see sand as far as the eye can see and a sky. Besides that 10/10

To make peeps happy, especially me, at least create a newer version, but with a more desert-like sky. The funky rainbow things just don't look good to me. Other than that, the rest of the map looks wonderful. I love things dealing with Egypt...

Oh, and a suggestion to those who hate the sky, type
r_fastsky 1
in your console. It's make the sky black, giving it a night appearance. Of course you can get back the sky by typing
r_fastsky 0
