Twilight on Tatooine - File Description  


Description:
Now, I know the author hates it when this happens, but frankly, I love it. We do so many reviews and sometimes a file will get lost in one place or another, and then when I clean up the Inbox, I'll run across a gem like this. Granted, this map should've been posted LONG ago, but I'm kinda glad I just now came across it. It's been a while since I've reviewed a truly FUN map.

When I first took a look at the map, I wasn't all that impressed. I mean, it doesn't have a mind-blowing theme, or fabulous graphics. But then I walked around a bit, threw my saber at a few things and ... OMGSOMETHINGBLEWUP! That's when it got fun. wink This is definitely a map that would be best with guns. I've got to hand it to the author - he really placed weapons, shields and health quite well. Just as you get fried by some lightning that you suspect will be there, but aren't quite sure ... you find a health pack. You jump to a large rock across the way and you know you're going to suffer some fall damage, but there's some health right there waiting for you - along with a gun and some ammo. big grin

I had a lot of fun with this map and that's just with trying to kill bots with the various booby traps here and there. This would be great on a guns server. Very nice job. smile
