Jedi armour - File Description  


Description:
Once again I'm back and I brought a friend. He's a jedi that apparentely visited an alien planet and got himself a suit of armour. As far as looks go, it's pretty awesome. It looks to be made of buttloads scales, heavily decorated metal and mail. As a result, it's damned busy. The torso looks great, but the various appendages have strips of metal running in weird directions and plates in odd places (I'd imagine the outside of the leg would be more protected than the inside). That bothers me a bit, but I'm not the type to stop and think about it during a game. The one thing I think the armour could've done without is the helmet. It just doesn't look right, sitting atop his head like a hat or something. It just looks like a weird hairpice.

But, all in all, it's still cool. There's team skins (with some nice specular effects) and bot support, so if you feel inclined to lop some limbs off of this guy, you can do so without having to go through the trouble of finding people whose egos to injure. As for sounds, it uses the rebel soundset, so be prepared. I'll be keeping this and I suggest you at least give it a try. Trust me, it's gooooooooood.
