Hirato Spaceship Prefab - File Description  


Description:
This spaceship prefab was a map that never got to the cutting block. However the author decided that, rather than scrapping the project, he would release what he had as a prefab. The result: a snazzy-looking mid-sized space craft for you to add to your own maps. This spaceship is not boxy or blocky like many similar prefabs tend to be, and while smaller on the inside than many others it certainly is easy on the eyes.

This prefab has a couple of nice features that are worth mentioning:
  • Enable/disable engines.
  • Enable/disable forcefield.
  • Fire the lasers.
No instructions have been included on how to use this prefab, so if you're unfamiliar with how to add prefabs to your map please make sure an ask on our forums.

__INSTALLATION______

Put the Hirato_Spaceship_Prefab.pk3 file in the gamedata/base folder.
Remove Hirato_Spaceship_Prefab.pk3 to uninstall the map.

__DESCRIPTION_______

This is a spaceship I made a while ago for an upcomming map. Unfortunatly I wont
be able to finish this map. Therefor I decided to share this ship with any one
who might be able to use it. All files (textures and .map) are included in the PK3.
However, not everything is finished, the monitors in the ship are still plain red
and the lighting isn't perfect either so feel free modify that.
I also added a compiled version so it's easier to view.

Functions
- Enable/Disable engines.
- Enable/Disable forcefield.
- Fire the laserblasters.

What's the point of that when you can't control it? =_> Hell, all you'd need to do was build a key-coded automatic security auto-turret defense system inside the cockpit and any other secure areas and you'd be fine.
