Description:
Ever want to play as a Rodian without the vest in JA? How about just knowing how to make it yourself without a huge hole where the vest used to be? Well, great news, people, Inyri Forge has gone and put this file together to help both categories of people mentioned above!

This file, meant more as a modder's resource, takes the vest off the Rodian and covers up that hole that you would normally get. Seeing as I have never tried to do such a thing myself, I'll just have to take Inyri's word for it that it is not that easy a task. Oh yeah, this file also overwrites the default Rodian, so if you want to have both, you will have to change things around yourself to make em work.

So... Uhhh... As there is not much more to say about it, I'll take my leave here. Give it a download if you like the idea. I know I like the Rodian better without the vest. stick out tongue

Minus 10 points to Raven for making this so stupidly complicated, though. -------------------------- INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS -------------------------- Dump this is your gamedata/base directory within your Jedi Academy directory if you want this to overwrite your Rodian. ------------ DESCRIPTION ------------ This replaces the default Rodian model in multiplayer with a version with no vest (without having the big gaping hole in his back, for those of you who have tried this). It makes use of a .SURF file to surf the back mesh back on to avoid this error. This is really more of a modder's resource than a skin, but you can naturally use it as a skin if you want. You may want to change the pathways and such so it doesn't actually overwrite the rodian, unless you don't care... ----- BUGS ----- There shouldn't be any. Plus it's not entirely meant to be a skin, so... shrug --------- COMMENTS --------- This should help people who've wanted to make skins of the Rodian model without having the vest on it. Feel free to use the SURF file for your own Rodian reskins. :) It should work with any Rodian reskin, as there are no pathways to change. You should be able to just copy-paste it into your skin's folder.
